A. EPP has a system that allows you to enter company details.
Then managers (or users) details.
In turn managers can add different sites where machinery will be needed.
To those sites managers can enter regularly used machines (so that they are already selected for a specific task and labeled as such).
Those managers can then select one off or repeat hires either on a weekly repeat or monthly repeat basis for those machines.
Monthly repeat can be either on the same date each month for x number of days
or
on the day of a given week each month for x number of days.

Once a machine has been selected for a certain hire period then a quote is provided by the system.
That quote can then be submitted by the manager (or the company administrator) to EPP for further discounting.
Once the EPP sales team have adjusted the quote it becomes available in the site's machine list ready for acceptance (or booking)
